As part of our commitment to our members and the community IBAP will be developing an ongoing series of seminars on various topics of interest. These interesting seminars are intended to be educational, instructional, topical. Registration is open to IBAP members and the community at large.

Pitfalls & Privileges for Directors of Thai Companies

Most owners of companies in Thailand also serve as directors of their company. Make sure you fully informed of the risks and benefits of being a director, and that you understand fully the distinctions between a shareholder's and director's rights and risks.

This interactive seminar will be primarily addressing what are the common offences concerning registered Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Companies, Associations and Foundations. The seminar will equip individuals with the knowledge to avoid these offences.
